Returns and Exchanges

Good Knighties offer a 14 day returns policy on full priced items. Please note that we are only able to exchange items that are in their original condition and that have not been used. Please do not remove tags until you have tried your garments on.

Should you wish to return items, then the onus will be on the customer to pay for all courier fees incurred. We will reimburse you via EFT upon receipt of the item.

Please feel free to visit us at our various pop ups or visit us at our home office if you would like to have a live shopping experience. If you reside outside CT, please contact us and we can shop together virtually.

In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect or if the item is damaged upon delivery, please let us know within 24 hours via email. Kate@goodknighties.co.za Please return the item in its packaging and we gladly exchange it. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges on sale items.
